Full home inspections include a same-day digital report with HD photos, clear explanations, thermal imaging and drone inspection when needed, plus FREE 4-point and wind mitigation reports when applicable.

Condo pricing applies when the association maintains the roof, primary exterior, grounds and other common building components outside the scope of the unit inspection. Townhomes requiring those components to be inspected use home-inspection pricing. Properties more than 50 years old are an additional $50; travel charges may apply beyond 50 miles. A 4-point or wind mitigation report is included when applicable.
