There's something valuable about standing inside the home with your inspector, seeing important findings firsthand, and having the opportunity to ask questions before you receive the final report.

Do You Need to Be There for the Entire Inspection?
Usually, no—and we don't necessarily recommend following the inspector throughout the entire inspection.
A Full Home Inspection requires concentration.
Jamie may be moving between the attic, exterior, electrical panel, plumbing fixtures, HVAC equipment, roof, appliances, and other areas while documenting conditions and taking photographs.
Allowing him uninterrupted time to perform the inspection helps him stay focused.
For many buyers, the best option is to arrive toward the end of the inspection.
That provides time for the inspection itself to be completed while still giving you an opportunity to review significant findings, ask questions, and become familiar with the home.
We'll coordinate with you so you know when to arrive.
What If You Can't Attend?
We understand that sometimes you simply can't be there.
You may be purchasing from another state, working during the appointment, or dealing with a tight schedule.
That's okay.
You will still receive your same-day digital inspection report with photos and detailed findings.
And if questions come up while you're reviewing the report, we're here to help.
